Program Planning & Execution Define program scope, objectives, and delivery roadmap Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of multiple interconnected projects Ensure alignment with organizational strategy and business goals Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and leadership Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes clearly and regularly Build strong relationships across business and technology teams Governance & Risk Management Establish program governance framework, processes, and reporting cadence Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues proactively Ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies Team & Resource Leadership Lead cross-functional teams including project managers, engineers, and analysts Manage resource allocation and capacity across projects Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture Budget & Financial Management Manage program budget, forecast costs, and track actual spend Ensure cost optimization while maintaining delivery quality Quality & Delivery Assurance Monitor progress against KPIs, milestones, and deliverables Ensure projects meet agreed quality standards and customer expectations Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes
