Job description

**Educational Requirements** Bachelor of Engineering,Intergrated course BCA+MCA,MTech **Service Line** BPO Service Line **Responsibilities** - Manage end-to-end transformation program for one or more clients, and/ or lead group of projects for a large-scale client transformation program.Collaborate with cross-functional project delivery teams to ensure seamless execution. Meet the success parameters of clients and Infosys.Client Relationship Management Establish, build and strengthen client relationships.Conduct/contribute to workshops with client, ecosystem partners and Infosys stakeholders to define business case, leadership alignment, client sponsor identification, scope modifications, contractual changes program charter alignment.Participate in account and program reviews; Develop and carry out detailed transformation plan for own tracks; secures signoffs with program managers and sponsors.Receives change requests, facilitates impact analysis, schedules change control meetings, tracks the change request and ensures the relevant documents and stakeholders are updated to close the change requests.Resource Management; Quality Risk management **Technical and Professional Requirements:** - Expertise in one or more functional domain and industry area - Appreciation of relevant technology/ technical skills - Problem solving skills - Storytelling, persuasive case articulation - Commercial/ Contractual acumen - Networking, influencing, and negotiation - Prioritization and scope management - Cross-functional and stakeholder leadership - Change management - Crisis Management - Conflict resolution - Budget management - Strong Communication Skills - Desirable: Program Management Certification - PgMP, or PMP/ PRINCE2 **Preferred Skills:** - Foundational->Program Management->Stakeholder Management
