**Key Responsibilities:** **Strategic Planning & Execution** • Collaborate with leadership to define and execute business strategy and OKRs. • Break down complex problems and drive clarity through structured problem solving. • Drive long-term planning, annual goal-setting, and strategic business reviews. **Program & Project Management** • Own end-to-end program management for high-impact cross-functional initiatives. • Build and maintain project plans, manage timelines, align stakeholders, and ensure accountability. • Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies early and propose mitigation strategies. **Operational Excellence** • Analyze internal processes to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements. • Design dashboards and frameworks to track business performance and health metrics. • Champion process automation and scalable systems that support business growth. **Stakeholder Collaboration** • Act as a liaison between internal teams such as product, ops, finance, and marketing. • Prepare communication materials and reporting for internal and external stakeholders. • Support leadership with data, insights, and briefing materials to drive key decisions. **Qualifications:** • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
