The role involves managing cross-functional teams, ensuring timely execution, and driving successful implementation of OTM/GTM solutions aligned with business objectives. **Stakeholder Management** - Act as the **single point of contact** for internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors - Conduct regular governance reviews, status reporting, and escalation management - Align business requirements with technical solutions to meet customer expectations **OTM/GTM Functional Oversight** - Drive implementation and optimization of: - - Transportation Planning & Execution (OTM) - Shipment Visibility & Freight Management - Trade Compliance & Customs Management (GTM) - Ensure integration with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and external platforms - Oversee configuration, testing, and deployment of OTM/GTM modules
