**Key Skills:** SDLC, DevOps, Program Management, QCD, PMP **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Own program management for engineering initiatives, including planning, execution tracking, and delivery governance across the full lifecycle. - Drive DevOps-aligned delivery practices to improve release cadence, quality, and operational readiness. - Manage SDLC execution across requirements, development, testing, deployment, and release coordination. - Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on scope, schedule, and quality targets using structured program reporting. - Support continuous improvement of delivery processes and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid) to meet program outcomes. **Skills Required:** - 16 - 20 years of relevant experience in product, project, or program management; minimum 5 years in IT/engineering program management - Strong experience in program management and engineering delivery. - Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). - Experience working in DevOps-driven development and release environments. - Knowledge of project planning, risk management, and delivery governance. - Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies. - Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. - PMP certification and knowledge of Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) practices are an added advantage. **Education:** B.Tech / B.Tech M.Tech (Dual) / B.E. in any branch (Engineering degree)
