Could you be the full-time Program Manager in Bangalore we’re looking for? **Your future role** The Program Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing a portfolio of related projects to ensure they align with organizational objectives, deliver business value, and are executed efficiently. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, financial oversight, and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities - Program & Project Oversight - Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple projects within the program - Define program roadmap, objectives, and success criteria - Ensure alignment with strategic business goals - Monitor dependencies, risks, and inter-project impacts - Drive timely execution and quality delivery - Stakeholder Management - Act as the primary point of contact for senior leadership and stakeholders - Build strong relationships across business, IT, and external partners - Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes clearly and proactively - Facilitate decision-making and resolve conflicts - Ensure stakeholder expectations are aligned and managed effectively - Budget & Financial Management - Develop and manage program budgets and forecasts - Track actuals vs. planned spend and ensure cost efficiency - Optimize resource allocation across projects - Identify financial risks and implement corrective actions - Ensure value realization and ROI tracking - Risk & Issue Management - Identify program-level risks and mitigation strategies - Proactively manage issues impacting timelines, cost, or quality - Establish governance frameworks and escalation mechanisms - Ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies - Metrics, Reporting & Governance - Define and track KPIs (e.g., delivery timelines, budget adherence, quality, benefits realization) - Prepare executive-level dashboards and reports - Drive data-driven decisions using program metrics - Conduct regular reviews (steering committees, status meetings) - Ensure transparency and accountability across teams - Team Leadership & Collaboration - Lead cross-functional teams and project managers - Foster collaboration, ownership, and accountability - Mentor and guide project managers and team members - Promote a culture of continuous improvement You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
