Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) is a service for third-party sellers that enables fast and efficient delivery to customers. FBA allows sellers to outsource warehousing, payment processing, delivery returns, and customer service to Amazon. This frees sellers to focus on product development and marketing their products to potential customers. We're seeking a dynamic Program Manager to drive transformative improvements in our India FBA operations. In this high-impact role you will spearhead initiatives to enhance seller experience and optimize supply chain efficiency.The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with:• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills• Demonstrated program or project management capabilities• An ability to influence stakeholders at all levels• A talent for quickly identifying and addressing customer pain points• Strong relationship-building and communication skillsKey job responsibilities1. Design, standardize and implement innovative processes across multiple business functions2. Performs quantitative analysis of key process indicators to identify opportunities and deploy tactical initiatives3. Work with product or tech teams to scope out and drive tech changes 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers, product managers, and finance partners to drive program goals5. Drive business profitability through end to end ownership of the program
