Communication & Feedback: • Comms Strategy: Partner with Internal Comms and PR to manage messaging, timelines, and "What’s Changing" documentation. • Immersion Plan: Drive excitement through tours, mock-ups, and familiarization activities. • Pulse Checks: Execute surveys, focus groups, and forums to measure sentiment both pre- and post-opening. FDOB & Transition to BAU • Hypercare: Provide critical, increased support during the initial weeks of opening. • Long-term Adoption: Support the continued evolution of the office culture to ensure the space meets its intended community goals. Requirements & Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic foresight and operational grit, specifically tailored to large-scale corporate real estate environments. • Professional Experience: 10–12 years of proven experience in Program or Project Management, specifically within Corporate Real Estate, Workplace Services, or Facilities Operations. • Domain Expertise: A deep understanding of the end-to-end lifecycle of a building launch, from construction handover through to BAU (Business as Usual) and operational mobilization. • Strategic Planning: Demonstrated mastery in Exhaustive Upfront Planning.
