About the RoleAs a Program Manager within the Kitchen GL team, you will own and drive structured category programs that directly impact customer experience, selection, and growth. You will work at the intersection of data, vendor relationships, and cross-functional coordination — translating program goals into measurable business outcomes. This role is for someone who can go deep on metrics, take end-to-end ownership of programs, and operate with minimal supervision in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.What You Will DoOwn 2–3 high-impact marketing/ category programs end-to-end, from goal-setting through execution and weekly reportingBuild and maintain data pipelines and dashboards to track program health; surface insights and flag deviations proactivelyWork directly with vendors and internal stakeholders (marketing, operations, supply chain) to drive program adoption and complianceRun structured cadences — weekly reviews, escalations, and performance deep-dives — and translate them into clear action itemsIdentify gaps in program coverage and independently design solutions; propose and test interventions with a bias toward measurable outcomesSupport category managers on strategic asks — sizing opportunities, building business cases, and running ad hoc analysesWhat We Are Looking For1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, category management, consulting, or a related analytical role; MBA from a reputed institution preferredStrong proficiency in Excel and SQL; ability to independently pull, clean, and interpret dataClear written and verbal communication — can distill a complex dataset into a crisp narrative for leadershipHigh ownership orientation — follows through without being chased, manages competing priorities wellComfort with ambiguity; can structure an unstructured problem and make progress without a defined playbookCollaborative but assertive — able to hold vendors and internal teams accountable to program commitmentsNice to HavePrior exposure to Amazon's seller or vendor ecosystemFamiliarity with retail metrics (topline, conversion, selection coverage, in-stock)Experience running programs that involve both quantitative tracking and external partner management
