**About Allo Health:** Allo Health is India's largest expert-led sexual health network with 70+ clinics across 20+ cities and a strong digital platform. We've treated more than 400,000 patients in the last four years in a category loaded with stigma and shame, historically served largely by quacks and alternative medicine practitioners. We spent the last few years building the infrastructure that made this possible: clinical systems that deliver real patient outcomes at scale, training clinicians on sexual health protocols, trusted clinician relationships and community, high performing demand engines, and patient journeys designed for adherence that deliver a 90%+ improvement rate. **What's next for us:** While we continue to build Sexual Health at scale, reducing stigma, educating patients, treating more of them, expanding our clinics into more cities, and training more clinicians, we now want to leverage most of what we've built to launch our next category: Mental Health. **About the Role** We want to build a genuinely sustainable Mental Health business, and become the largest network of trusted mental health professionals in India. We intend to run the Mental Health category on the same infrastructure that built Sexual Health, but we very well know that it isn't identical. Patients, clinicians, and the economics all behave differently here. A core part of this role is staying close enough to the ground to catch that early, rather than assuming what worked before will work again unchanged. This is a program management role, not an operating one, and it sits close to leadership from day one. Hiring clinicians, running demand, and building infra are owned by teams who already do that well. Your job is to run the program that connects them: understand how each piece depends on the others, catch what's not working on the ground before it becomes a problem at scale, and keep improving patient experience, clinician experience, and the business, together, not one at the cost of the others. Depending on how things evolve, this could also mean exploring new ways to reach patients: an app, referral partnerships, B2B, or something we haven't figured out yet. **What You'll Do?** - Run point on the Mental Health program, working directly with leadership. - Track how the pieces, demand, clinician hiring and training, infra, patient experience, fit together, and flag what's breaking before it scales. - Spend real time on the ground, listening to clinicians and patients, and feed that back into how we run this. - Look for ways to improve patient experience, clinician experience, and the underlying business together. - Explore new ways to grow the category beyond our current model: an app, referrals, B2B, or something else. **What We're Looking For?** - You've run or built something before, ideally in a role that required you to influence people who didn't report to you. - You're sharp analytically and genuinely comfortable in the numbers. - You're good with people, especially doctors and clinicians, and can earn trust fast. - You have real empathy for the patient on the other end of this. - **3-8 years of experience.** Mental health or clinic ops experience is a plus, not a requirement. **Why This Role?** You'll learn directly from the team that built India's largest sexual health network, while helping build what comes next. Real ownership, real ambiguity, and a real shot at building something the largest of its kind. **Location:** Indiranagar, Bangalore
