**Location:** Bengaluru All 5 days working from Office **Position Type:** Full-Time (Executive Leadership) **Position Overview** We are seeking a high-impact Executive Leader from a mechanical or petroleum engineering background to spearhead our Global Industrial Services and Engineering Delivery operations. This role requires a seasoned professional capable of managing large-scale program lifecycles across upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors while leading massive, geographically distributed technical workforces. **Position Requirements** **Education & Certifications** - **Academic Core:** Bachelors or Master’s degree in **Mechanical Engineering** or **Petroleum Engineering**. - **Preferred:** PMP® or equivalent program management certification. **Work Experience & Leadership** - **Domain Longevity:** **17+ years** of progressive experience in industrial services or engineering delivery within the **Oil & Gas** sector. - **Executive Tenure:** Minimum of **5 years** operating in a dedicated senior leadership capacity. - **Scale Mastery:** Proven track record of managing large, cross-functional global teams of **100+ personnel** across diverse geographies. **Technical Competencies & Industry Standards** - **Engineering Ecosystems:** Exposure to **Plant Engineering**, including drawing offices and project services. - **Operations & Safety:** Deep understanding of asset operations, maintenance practices, and safety frameworks (**HAZOP, HSE-MS**). - **Compliance Frameworks:** Familiarity with international engineering and safety standards (**API, ASME, ISO, OSHA**). - **Market Exposure:** Experience navigating international oil & gas markets and global delivery models. - **Metrics:** Command of delivery excellence metrics with a track record of achieving high-performance benchmarks.
