Program Manager , SWA - Ops integrations

Ship with Amazon (SWA) is looking for a Program Manager to join the Ops Integrations (OI) team. In this role, you will own and drive programs that enable seamless integration between SWA operations and internal/external stakeholders. You will work cross-functionally with technology, operations, product, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.Key job responsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesProgram Management: Own end-to-end program execution for ops integration initiatives — define scope, milestones, and success metrics; drive programs from ideation through launch and post-launch optimization.Stakeholder Coordination: Partner with Tech, Ops, Product, and Business teams to align on priorities, resolve blockers, and ensure timely delivery of integration workstreams.Process Improvement: Identify gaps in existing operational workflows, design scalable process improvements, and drive automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and defects.Launch Management: Lead operational readiness for new integrations — develop SOPs, change management plans, and rollout strategies.Metrics & Reporting: Define and track program KPIs; build mechanisms for regular reporting (WBR/MBR) and drive accountability through data-driven insights.Risk Management: Proactively identify risks and dependencies; develop mitigation plans and escalate appropriately.Documentation: Maintain program artifacts including project plans, status updates, PRFAQ/BRDs, and post-mortems.
