"**Job Requirements** **Role Overview** The Program Manager will serve as a key enabler across projects supporting day to day operations, partner coordination, field monitoring, and compliance, while also helping evolve shared frameworks, impact metrics, and best practices. The role bridges strategy and execution to ensure projects are effective, aligned, and scalable. Key Responsibilities - Support planning and implementation of multiple craft and artisan focused projects, including Project Tarasha - Coordinate with NGOs, craft clusters, institutions, and technical partners to ensure quality, sustainability, and artisan welfare standards - Conduct field visits to monitor production quality, working conditions, and program progress - Support program design refinement, documentation, SOPs, and cross project learning - Enable cross pollination of ideas and best practices across partners and geographies - Track budgets, KPIs, outputs, and outcomes; consolidate partner reports - Support development of impact and governance frameworks across the vertical - Coordinate with Finance and Legal on MoUs, vendor onboarding, grants, and invoices - Ensure CSR compliance, partner due diligence, utilization certificates, and audit readiness - Capture field insights, stories, and visuals for internal review and CSR communications - Contribute to strengthening Project Tarasha as a flagship platform for the vertical **Work Experience** - 5 8 years of experience in program management, CSR operations, or development sector projects - Exposure to craft, artisan livelihoods, or cultural heritage ecosystems preferred - Educational background in Development Studies, Social Fellowships, Public Policy, Social Sciences, Art History or related fields - Strong skills in coordination, documentation, compliance, reporting, and Excel - Comfortable with field travel and working across multiple implementation partners - Ability to balance operational rigor with program insight and learning orientation "," Disclaimer : This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
