**Program Manager – YouTube** **Location:** Bengaluru (On-site) **Experience:** 2–6 Years **Employment Type:** Full-time **About the Role** Vedantu is looking for a highly organized and execution-driven **Program Manager – YouTube** to manage end-to-end program execution, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless delivery of YouTube learning initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills while thriving in a fast-paced environment. **Tamil fluency is mandatory.** **Roles & Responsibilities** - Lead end-to-end execution of YouTube programs and strategic initiatives. - Create and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. - Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Academic, Operations, and Support teams. - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely execution. - Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and performance reports. - Analyze data and present insights to leadership for decision-making. - Manage student communications through email, WhatsApp, and other channels. - Coordinate YouTube content launches and communication campaigns. - Improve operational processes, SOPs, and execution workflows. - Ensure high-quality program delivery and an excellent learner experience. **Requirements** - Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field. - 2–6 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Operations. - Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. - Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Trello, or ClickUp. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - **Fluency in Tamil (Read, Write & Speak) is mandatory.** - Willingness to work from the Bengaluru office
