This role requires utilizing established tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure that service level agreements are effectively delivered, monitored, and controlled. The position demands continuous coordination with various stakeholders to maintain alignment with project goals and to address any challenges that arise during the execution phase, ensuring smooth progress and successful completion of assigned responsibilities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met within defined timelines and quality standards. - Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns. - Assist in identifying potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. - Experience in utilizing tools and processes to monitor and control service level agreements. - Ability to analyze project data and generate meaningful reports to support decision-making. - Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. - Strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration among diverse teams and stakeholders.
