We named a Leader in the Everest Group Private Equity (PE) Services PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2026 and Software Product Engineering PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2026. **About Position:** SME-Sailpoint IIQ - QAResponsibilities - In detail Analyze requirements (BRD/FRD, JML workflows, access policies) Design test plans and test cases based on business and technical requirements Validate user lifecycle processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver scenarios) Test access provisioning de-provisioning workflows across applications Verify roles, entitlements, and RBAC policies Perform integration te **Role: Programmer (QA)** **Location: Pune** **Experience: Between 2 to 5 Years** **Job Type: Full Time Employment** **What You'll Do:** - In detail Analyze requirements (BRD/FRD, JML workflows, access policies) Design test plans and test cases based on business and technical requirements Validate user lifecycle processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver scenarios) Test access provisioning de-provisioning workflows across applications Verify roles, entitlements, and RBAC policies Perform integration testing with HR systems, AD, LDAP, and target applications Execute certification (access review) and approval workflow testing Log, track, and retest defects using tools like JIRA/ServiceNow Validate data accuracy and reconciliation between Sail - Point and connected systems Support UAT and ensure compliance checks (So - D, audit logs, security controls) - Collaborate with various teams, including IT security, network operations, system administrators, and application owners on systems integration tasks, dependencies, and troubleshooting issues - Assign and review work packets delivered by the team - Technical Skills - In Detail(Essential Skills) - Sail - Point Identity IQ consulting and configuration experience. - Have worked on at least 2 Sail - Point deployments. - Must have excellent understanding of IGA processes, including Identity Life cycle management, role definition, request processes, access reviews, access controls and privileges etc. - Must have hands-on experience in application onboarding, provisioning, workflow customization, access review, configuring quick links, life cycle events, Plugins etc. - Must have experience on customizing IIQ UI, request and approval flows, certifications to meet business requirements. - Must have worked on multiple IGA connectors (like AD, O365, Database, LDAP, Web Service, Custom connectors). Extensive and hands-on experience on writing code for IIQ requirements Knowledge of Sailpoint APIs development experience using Sailpoint APIs - Knowledge of Java/REST API implementation. Strong Software Development Background. - Strong Problem Resolution Capability Delivery Focus. - Good communication skills. **Expertise You'll Bring:** - Level - Mid to Senior level (4 6 years) - Location - Pune/Bangalore/Nagpur - M. - Tech/M. - E/B. - Tech/B. - E. in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information technology/Electronics Communication - Sailpoint IIQ Engineer - Responsibilities - In detail - Understand IAM strategy, architecture and design - Interact with customers and understand IGA requirements for modules and applications - Translate architecture specifications to low-level component design and identify IGA customizations for implementation - Prepare LLDs for modules and integrations - Implement workflows, connectors, approvals, certifications, customizations to meet IGA requirements - Troubleshoot defects and issues and resolve them in a timely manner - Keep project management and stakeholders updated with progress - Raise challenges and risks well in time - Technical Skills - In Detail(Essential Skills) - Sail - Point Identity IQ implementation experience. - Have worked on at least 2 Sail - Point deployments. - Must have excellent understanding of IGA processes, including Identity Life cycle management, role definition, request processes, access reviews etc. - Must have hands-on experience in application onboarding, provisioning, workflow customization, access review, configuring quick links, life cycle events, Plugins etc. - Must have exposure to customizing IIQ UI, request and approval flows, certifications to meet business requirements. - Must have worked on multiple IGA connectors (like AD, O365, Database, LDAP, Web Service, Custom connectors). Hands-on experience on writing code for IIQ requirements - Good communication skills. - Mandatory Skills - Sail - Point IIQ (v8.4 / v8.3) - Other Skills - Excellent Communication Skills. - Excellent troubleshooting capabilities - IGA tools like - Saviynt IGA, Oracle Identity Manager etc. - Experience Level - Junior to Mid level (2 8 y
