**About the Role** We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our Automation & Infrastructure team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment, has strong coordination skills, and a basic understanding of data and process optimization. **Key Responsibilities** - Use of basic data analysis (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.) to monitor performance metrics like inventory utilization. - Responsible for tracking weighing metrics, analyzing performance trends, and implementing improvement actions across executed projects. - Support the planning and execution of warehouse automation projects. - Coordinate with teams to understand needs and align business and technical requirements, and vendors for timely project implementation. - Help identify improvement areas in operations using data trends and observations. **Required Skills & Qualifications** - Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field, with exposure to logistics or automation preferred. - 02 years of years of experience in project or program management. - Strong proficiency in Excel, and working knowledge of SQL for data analysis is a plus - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills to present insights clearly to both technical and non- technical stakeholders. - Continuous learner with a passion for staying updated on tools, technologies, and industry trends in data analytics. - Willingness to take initiative and contribute to team success.
