Project Engineer (Fitout)

Job description

**Roles and Responsibility** - Manage and coordinate fit-out projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and clients, to ensure seamless project execution. - Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress against targets. - Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and provide solutions. - Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards. - Prepare and submit reports on project progress, costs, and scheduling. **Job Requirements** - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management. - Proven experience in managing fit-out projects, preferably in the hospitality or commercial sector. - Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards. - Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple stakeholders. - Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
