Job description

**Role Summary:** We are seeking a Project Finance Controller to manage the financial performance of EPC Power Transmission projects (Substations & Underground Cable Projects). The role will be responsible for project budgeting, cost control, billing, collections, cash flow management, forecasting, project accounting, contract compliance, and profitability management throughout the project lifecycle. **Role & responsibilities** - Drive project financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. - Monitor project profitability, Cost-to-Complete (CTC), and margin performance. - Manage customer billing, revenue recognition, receivables, and collections. - Prepare and monitor project cash flow forecasts and working capital requirements. - Track project contracts, bank guarantees, insurance, claims, variation orders, and commercial obligations. - Review project expenditures, subcontractor costs, procurement spend, and commitments. - Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, SOPs, and governance requirements. - Coordinate with project, procurement, contracts, commercial, and finance teams to support successful project execution. - Prepare MIS reports, financial dashboards, profitability analysis, and management presentations. **Preferred candidate profile** - CA (Preferred) - CMA / ICWA / MBA Finance - Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline - 712 years in Project Finance, Project Controlling, Commercial Finance, or Project Accounting. - Minimum 5 years of experience in EPC, Power Transmission, Infrastructure, Utility, Construction, or Industrial Projects. - Experience managing end-to-end financials of large EPC projects is highly preferred.
