Position Summary This role will be responsible for overseeingthe development, implementation and maintenance ofDatawarehousing systems and processes using ETL technologies and troubleshooting any potential issues Job Responsibilities Technical • Advanced SQL and Python with strong coding and optimization skills • Deep Snowflake expertise data engineering, pipelines, performance tuning, and Cortex / AI capabilities • Hands-on experience with Streamlit • Knowledge of data modeling, modern data architectures, and exposure to agentic AI frameworks Core Skills • Structured problem-solving and analytical thinking with business context • Domain understanding in pharma / life sciences • Team leadership and mentoring capabilities • Effective communication across technical and business stakeholders, with client-facing ownership of deliverables Education BE/B.Tech Master of Computer Application Work Experience • Overall, 4-6 years of rich experience in the Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences Domain. • Independently he/she should be able to create ETL design, implement, deliver complex ETL code for simple to complex Data Integration/ Data Warehousing project assignments. • Should have expertise and working experience in at least 1 ETL tool like Snowflake, Databricks, Informatica, Matillion,IICS • Should have expertise and working experience in at least 1 DBMS/appliances among Redshift, Netezza, SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, HIVE/Bigdata, AzureSQL • Experience of working on AWS or Azure cloud Behavioural Competencies • Ownership • Teamwork Leadership • Cultural Fit • Motivation to Learn and Grow Technical Competencies • Problem Solving • Lifescience Knowledge • Communication • Snowflake • PL/SQL • Python
