Key Accountabilities: The core activities/responsibilities for this role are mentioned below A project analyst works closely with all the teams & stakeholders across different departments. Individual will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and completing the projects. Individual will be in charge of the project scope and team management assigned to the project Explore automation scope & work in partnership with technology/other stakeholders for delivery & implementation Preparing decks with relevant and meaningful updates for multiple senior management forums/calls Maintaining ongoing project tracker& sharing MIS to various forums for management visibility Stakeholder Management and Leadership Provide support to local business and regional stakeholders Be accountable for project delivery. Interact with the teams locally and offshore and all internal stakeholders Decision-making and Problem Solving Act as the primary contact point for India Domestic Operations Ensuring project delivery within timeframe Person Specification The ideal candidate will be naturally positive and self motivated. The ideal candidate should be adaptable to working under pressure Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications: The ideal candidate should have an excellent command of the English language with strong written and oral communication skills and an ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the business. A very strong understanding on Corporate and Investment Banking products and process Solid analytical skills with ability to prepare reports/resolve problems Operate effectively in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines, and can prioritize one’s own work to achieve them Good skills on Excel/ power point presentation & well versed with Co-pilot/Robotics &Agile tools Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications: Post Graduate and any specific accreditation in Project management Experience in managing end to end projects Personal & Interpersonal Skills: Including communication & influence and collaboration Knowledge of RBI regulations is preferred
