Project Manager - Ai Adoption

Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases aligned with business objectives. - Lead end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder alignment. - Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets, and project governance. - Collaborate with business, technology, and vendor teams to ensure successful implementation of AI solutions. - Drive user enablement, change management, training, and communication to maximize AI adoption. - Track project progress, adoption metrics, business outcomes, and ROI, providing regular updates to stakeholders. - Ensure AI initiatives comply with organizational governance, security, privacy, and Responsible AI guidelines. - Continuously identify opportunities to scale AI solutions and improve enterprise productivity and operational efficiency. **Preferred candidate profile** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. - 58 years of experience in Project Management, Digital Transformation, Business Analysis, or AI adoption initiatives. - Experience with Generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or Claude. - Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project delivery skills. - Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments. - PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification is preferred.
