**Role & responsibilities** - **Lead and manage projects** from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with stakeholders. - **Drive coordination across teams**, keeping everyone aligned and ready to adapt to changes. - **Plan and organize projects** using tools like WBS, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. - **Track performance** (time, cost, quality, risk) and provide regular status updates. - **Identify and mitigate risks/issues** proactively and escalate when needed. - **Maintain documentation and governance standards** using tools like Celoxis. - **Facilitate meetings and communication** to resolve issues and keep projects on track. - **Promote continuous improvement** through lessons learned and process enhancements. - **Support strategic goals** by influencing processes and improving service delivery.
