Project Planning & Coordination - Understand client requirements, budget, and timeline - Prepare project plan, schedule. - Coordinate with architects, and vendors - Visit site regularly and monitor progress - Ensure work is done as per drawings and quality standards - Handle on-site issues and delays - Coordinate with purchase deparment for materials delivery - Ensure work is completed on time.
