**Role:** The Project Manager is responsible for leading client onboarding initiatives across multiple asset classes and functions. They will manage multiple conversion projects across workstreams and asset classes, ensuring successful execution of high-profile projects in the capital markets domain. **Job Description -** - Manage multiple conversion projects across workstreams and asset classes, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project objectives. - Execute high-profile projects in the capital markets domain, including Front Office and Middle Office functions, with end-to-end client interaction and manage project requirements and stakeholder expectations. - Lead cross-functional teams across business, operations, and technology in global delivery environments, fostering collaboration and effective communication. - Facilitate end-to-end client interaction, acting as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. - Implement and oversee defect management processes using tools such as JIRA or HP ALM, ensuring efficient issue tracking and resolution. - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational objectives. - Conduct regular project status meetings and provide comprehensive reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication. - Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing proactive risk management strategies to minimize potential disruptions. - Possess experience in leading Agile or Scrum-based project management methodologies. - Proven ability in project planning, forecasting, budget tracking, variance analysis, and governance reporting. - Demonstrable risk identification and mitigation planning experience. - Experience coordinating geographically dispersed teams and working with stakeholders across regions. **Criteria -** - Graduate or Postgraduate Degree - 10+ years of experience in project management, specializing in testing and client implementation programs within the Capital Markets domain. - Proven experience in managing multiple conversion projects across workstreams and asset classes in the capital markets domain. - On-time delivery of test cycles and milestone adherence, Effective risk mitigation, Defect leakage to production, Stakeholder satisfaction (client and internal) measured via periodic feedback., Effective risk mitigation, Budget variance (forecast vs actual) within agreed thresholds. - Proven ability to manage and execute large-scale transformation projects while leading global, multi-cultural teams effectively - Knowledge of various Project execution techniques.
