Share your resume over **Aarushi.Shukla@Coforge.Com** **Job Description-** Role: Project Manager / Scrum Master, Databricks (Insurance Domain) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager / Scrum Master with strong expertise in Databricks and a mandatory background in the Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing complex data-driven projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality outcomes, and alignment with business objectives. This role requires a strategic and delivery-focused leader with excellent communication skills, hands-on Agile/Scrum execution capability, and strong collaboration across cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations. - Act as a Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Drive Agile best practices, remove team impediments, and ensure continuous improvement in delivery processes. - Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets; track progress and ensure delivery milestones are met. - Leverage Databricks for data analysis, reporting, and enabling data-driven decision-making. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather and refine requirements. Mandatory Skills: - Strong experience in Project Management and Scrum Master roles with successful delivery track record. - Hands-on expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.). - Insurance domain experience (mandatory) - Strong understanding of Life and/or Property & Casualty (P&C) business processes. - Strong expertise in Databricks, including big data processing, analytics, and reporting. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
