Technical teams focus is to solve various business systems and applications problems for customers, onsite engineering personnel and Authorized Service Providers on standard, specialized or complex systems. ***Management Level Definition:*** Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope. May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process. Exercises independent judgment to identify and select a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations. We are seeking an experienced **Project Manager** to lead and deliver strategic initiatives onsite. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence skills, with proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects. This role is fully onsite at customer location. **What you’ll do:** - Lead end-to-end project management activities, from initiation, execution, Operation and maintenance through closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. - Drive project execution using appropriate methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) and ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards. - Drive Continuous Service Improvement process by recommending best implementation and operational practices - Identify, assess, and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues. - Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, transparency, and collaboration. - Monitor and report project progress, performance, and outcomes to leadership and steering committees. - Team Management – Coordinate and Lead cross-functional teams and foster a high-performance culture and define roles and responsibilities as per RFP and project requirements - Maintain team roaster and align business goals with engineers. - Ensure compliance with organizational standards, governance, and regulatory requirements. - Manage and ensure project delivery as per the agreed Project Financials - Coordinate across teams to ensure RFP and Statutory compliance, project SLAs, monitoring and reporting. **What you need to bring:** - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). - **10–15 years of proven experience** in project management, delivering medium to large-scale IT/business projects. - Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. **Good to Have (Preferred Certifications)** - **PMI-PMP** - **PMI-ACP** **What We Can Offer You:** **Health & Wellbeing** We strive to provide our team members and their loved ones with a comprehensive suite of benefits that supports their physical, financial and emotional wellbeing. **Personal & Professional Development** We also invest in your career because the better you are, the better we all are.
