**End-to-End Delivery Ownership** - Demonstrated leadership across multiple technology project types, including application development, testing, migration, data, and engineering. - Proven experience managing projects from initiation to closure with measurable outcomes. **Strong SDLC & Governance Expertise** - Clear understanding and application of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid SDLC models based on project requirements. - Experience in enforcing delivery governance, standards, and best practices. **Agile / Scrum & Scrum Master Experience** - Hands-on experience conducting Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Proven role as a Scrum Master, including removing impediments and coaching teams. **Project Planning & Execution Excellence** - Strong capabilities in estimation, scheduling, dependency management, and risk planning. - Experience using structured planning tools to ensure timely and successful project delivery. **Metrics-Driven Delivery & Reporting** - Expertise in tracking and reporting key metrics such as schedule, cost, quality, velocity, productivity, and risks. - Ownership of dashboards and executive-level status reporting. **Risk Management & Deep-Dive Problem Solving** - Proven ability to proactively identify risks and perform deep technical/functional analysis to mitigate them. - Clear articulation of impact analysis and recovery strategies. **Shift-Left & Quality Engineering Mindset** - Demonstrated focus on early validation, test-first approaches, automation, and proactive risk mitigation. - Strong collaboration with QA and engineering teams to enhance quality and predictability. **AI-First / Intelligent Delivery Exposure** - Exposure to or leadership in AI-driven delivery practices and intelligent automation initiatives. **Stakeholder & Leadership Communication** - Strong experience managing stakeholders, including senior leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams. - Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and with data-backed insights to ensure transparency and trust. **Team Development & Continuous Improvement** - Experience in mentoring and developing team members to enhance Agile maturity and ownership. - Active involvement in upskilling, training initiatives, lessons learned, and continuous improvement practices.
