The objective is to optimize program execution while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and continuous process improvement. This position aims to ensure seamless coordination and effective execution of managed services initiatives within the organization. **Responsibilities** - Manage "Managed Services Solution Practice" operations - Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to align project goals and streamline service delivery processes - Facilitate transparent communication channels and regular status reporting between internal teams and external stakeholders - Drive engagement and alignment with senior leaders on AI initiatives - Handle ambiguity and multitasking to run key calls with multiple stakeholders across multiple programs/initiatives - Monitor progress and report on key performance indicators related to AI practice operations - Support the integration of AI knowledge into practice workflows and deliverables - Identify and address operational challenges to ensure smooth practice functioning - Define program scope, objectives, and success criteria during initiation and planning phases - Oversee ongoing program performance to ensure compliance with service level agreements and contractual obligations - Assess and mitigate risks impacting program outcomes and stakeholder expectations - Create and maintain dashboards and reports, driving continuous improvement initiatives by incorporating feedback and optimizing operational workflows **Requirements** - 14-17 years of overall IT industry experience - Experience with managed services programs and managing operations for big accounts/programs, with a focus on operational consistency and risk mitigation - Proven capability to work with both local and global leaders and diverse cross-functional teams toward unified objectives - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with senior leadership globally - Expertise in navigating and resolving stakeholder conflicts through strategic negotiation and communication - Competency in implementing governance frameworks that ensure SLA adherence and drive operational excellence - Passion for leveraging AI technologies to enhance managed services delivery and innovation - Foundational knowledge of artificial intelligence concepts and technologies - Background in establishing and maintaining senior leader reports and dashboards - Hands-on experience with process improvement and automation - Proficiency in Jira, board and workflow management, dashboards and queries - Familiarity with Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Power Automate **Nice to have** - Experience with AI operations and AI tools **We offer** - Opportunity to work on technical challenges that may impact across geographies - Vast opportunities for self-development: online university, knowledge sharing opportunities globally, learning opportunities through external certifications - Opportunity to share your ideas on international platforms - Sponsored Tech Talks & Hackathons - Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions - Possibility to relocate to any EPAM office for short and long-term projects - Focused individual development - Benefit package: - Health benefits - Retirement benefits - Paid time off - Flexible benefits - Forums to explore beyond work passion (CSR, photography, painting, sports, etc.)
