**Project** New Project Coordination with CFT of Plants & Projects (Pathredi & Vithalapur) **Time Line** Developing TIME line along with CFT as per Customer milestone, Coordinate IT Infra **Manpower** Coordination for manpower deployment as per agreed OC for Plant / Engineering And HR. Gap analysis and action Plan. **Customer** Sharing and discussing the Project development with Customer. Arranging meeting with CFT and Customer regarding project status. **Reports** Presenting on Fortnightly basis for Project Status
