**Job Title:** Project Lead Civil/ Project Manager **Role Type:** Site-Based **Location:** Noida / Greater Noida / Gurgaon Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Lead for Civil to oversee the end-to-end execution of a premium hospitality project and a high-rise residential project on-site. The role involves complete responsibility of project planning, execution, coordination, quality, cost and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities - Lead overall site execution of civil works from start to handover - Prepare and monitor project execution plans and schedules - Coordinate with client, consultants, contractors and vendors - Manage site teams, subcontractors and resources effectively - Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms and statutory compliances - Monitor project cost, control budgets and minimize cost overruns - Review progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions - Prepare and present progress reports to senior management Key Skills & Competencies - Project & Construction Management - Civil Construction & Site Execution - Client & Consultant Coordination - Vendor & Contractor Management - Cost Control & Budgeting - Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) - Safety Management - Planning & Scheduling - Team Leadership & Communication Desired Candidate Profile - **Experience:** 13+ years in civil construction projects - **Qualification:** BE in Civil Engineering - Proven experience as Project Lead / Project Manager on large-scale projects - Exposure to **high-rise** residential will be preferred - Strong leadership, coordination and communication skills
