**Job Requirements** Job Title: Project Manager (Business Excellence) Job Type: Full-Time We are currently seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee the Business Excellence aspects of Delivery within our organization. - The Project Manager will be responsible for managing project yield, project management, resource allocation, workload assignments, and more. - The span of control for the Project Manager will extend over a group of technical and people managers, as well as their direct reportees. - In addition to overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, the Project Manager will also play a key role in driving Revenue & Contribution Margin. - It is essential that the Project Manager has a clear understanding of how their decisions and actions impact Revenue & Contribution Margin. - The level of direct responsibility will vary based on the size and requirements of the organization. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who excels in a fast-paced environment.
