**Job Requirements** Job description **AI-Enabled Project Management** - Leverage AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot and other productivity assistants to improve project execution. - Use AI to generate and maintain: - Project plans - Status reports - Meeting summaries - Action items - Risk registers - Sprint summaries - Executive communications - Release notes - Identify opportunities to automate repetitive PM activities through AI and workflow automation tools. - Drive adoption of AI-enabled productivity practices within delivery teams. **Technical Coordination** - Collaborate with engineering teams to understand architecture, technical dependencies, and delivery risks. - Facilitate technical discussions and ensure business requirements are translated into actionable work items. - Monitor technical delivery metrics and proactively identify bottlenecks. - Partner with architects and engineering leads to ensure alignment with technical strategies. - Monitor technical delivery metrics and proactively identify bottlenecks. - Partner with architects and engineering leads to ensure alignment with technical strategies. **Agile Program Management** - Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Release Planning. - Manage and optimize team backlogs, capacity planning, and delivery forecasts. - Track Agile metrics such as velocity, cycle time, sprint predictability, and release readiness. - Support continuous improvement initiatives. **Stakeholder Management** - Serve as the primary communication bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams. - Provide regular project updates to leadership and sponsors. - Manage stakeholder expectations and drive alignment across cross-functional teams. - Prepare executive-ready dashboards and insights using AI-assisted reporting. **Risk & Governance** - Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. - Establish project governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms. - Ensure compliance with organizational standards and delivery processes. - Drive issue escalation and resolution management. **Work Experience** -Skills & Competencies Delivery & Management - Agile / Scrum Methodology - Project & Program Management - Sprint Planning & Release Management - Stakeholder Management - Risk & Dependency Management Leadership - Strategic thinking - Cross-team collaboration - Conflict resolution - Executive communication Tools & Platforms Experience with tools such as: - JIRA / Azure DevOps - Confluence - Agile reporting tools - Project tracking and delivery dashboards Certifications (Preferred) - PMP (Project Management Professional) - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / PSM - SAFe Agilist / SAFe Scrum Master Education - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Master’s degree in Technology Management or Business Administration is a plus.
