**Your Role and Responsibilities:** As a Project Manager for SAP HANA Application Development and Maintenance (ADM), you will lead projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring successful implementation of SAP HANA solutions that meet business objectives. You will manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. **Your primary responsibilities will include:** Manage SAP HANA ADM Projects: Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation, and budget management to ensure successful delivery of SAP HANA solutions that meet business objectives. Client Relationship Management: Lead regular Service Management Boards (SMBs) with utility stakeholders to discuss system health, upcoming roadmap items, and service improvement plans (SIPs). Continuous Improvement (CSI): Drive automation and optimization initiatives, such as reducing "Billing Exceptions" through root cause analysis or streamlining the IDoc processing for smart meter integration. Financial and Budget Oversight: Monitor the "Run" budget, ensuring the AMS engagement remains profitable while managing third-party costs or additional resource requirements for minor enhancements. Compliance and Regulatory Alignment: Ensure the SAP ISU environment remains compliant with regional energy market regulations, overseeing the implementation of mandatory industry patches and security protocols. Vendor and Interface Coordination: Manage the complex web of integrations between SAP ISU and external systems (like MDM, GIS, or Customer Portals), ensuring that data flow remains consistent across the utility landscape. **Required Education:** Bachelor's Degree **Preferred education** Master's Degree **Required Technical and Professional Expertise:** Service Delivery Manager managing AMS Operation team of ISU Consultants and should be responsible for SLA and KPI Governance: Define, monitor, and report on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) specifically for ISU modules (Billing, DM, FICA), ensuring that incident resolution and service requests meet contractual timelines. Incident and Problem Management: Act as the final escalation point for critical "Batch Failure" or "Billing Outage" issues, coordinating between functional consultants and ABAP developers to restore utility services quickly. Operational Stability of the MTC Cycle: Oversee the end-to-end Meter-to-Cash (MTC) process, ensuring that meter reading uploads, billing runs, and invoicing cycles are executed accurately and on schedule. Change Management & Release Oversight: Manage the pipeline of CRs (Change Requests), ensuring that enhancements to SAP ISUsuch as regulatory rate changes or tax updatesare tested and deployed without regressing existing functionality. Resource and Capacity Planning: Align a team of SAP ISU functional and technical experts to meet fluctuating workload demands, especially during peak periods like annual price changes or mass migrations. **Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:** Overall 12+ years of experience in SAP and a minimum of 5+ years of experience in SAP Project Management managing S/4 HANA Support, development and enhancement projects. Should be certified in PMP, ITIL or any other equivalent project management qualification and must come from a Consulting background. Experience with agile project management methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, is advantageous in managing SAP HANA ADM projects. ****Years of Experience:**** 12 - 16
