We take our work personally, we do it with empathy and we're committed to making a difference. ## **Job Summary** We are seeking a detail-oriented **Project Specialist** to support project planning, execution, reporting, and financial tracking activities. The ideal candidate will work closely with Project Leads and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery, accurate documentation, timely reporting, and effective project coordination. Key Responsibilities - Support project setup, planning, scheduling, and resource management activities. - Maintain project plans, schedules, trackers, and project documentation. - Prepare project reports, dashboards, and meeting materials. - Coordinate project meetings, distribute agendas, capture minutes, and track action items. - Monitor project progress and highlight risks or issues to stakeholders. - Assist with project financial tracking, timesheet reviews, and invoice processing. - Ensure proper document management, project closeout, and archival activities. Required Skills - Strong organizational and coordination skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication in English. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment. - Basic understanding of project management principles and financial tracking. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a Science-related field. - 2-4 years of project coordination/project support experience preferred. - PMP or equivalent certification is an added advantage. **Shift**- 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm
