The role will serve as the Project Lead for strategic capital projects . The incumbent will provide subject matter expertise in HVAC systems and pharmaceutical formulation OSD process equipment while ensuring adherence to global regulatory requirements, cGMP standards, and engineering best practices. This position demands strong technical leadership, stakeholder management, and a proven ability to deliver complex projects safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.KEY STAKEHOLDERS: INTERNAL  •Site Leadership Teams •Manufacturing Operations •Quality Assurance & Validation •Engineering & Maintenance •Procurement & Supply Chain •Automation and Digitalization Teams •Corporate Functions and Global Leadership Teams              KEY STAKEHOLDERS: EXTERNAL •Engineering & Design Consultants, Equipment Manufacturers and Vendors & Contractors REPORTING STRUCTURE: Role directly reports to Sr. VP– Global Engineering &Project ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Mechanical or a related field. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:   12+ years of experience in the Pharma industry.
