As a Consultant – Strategy, Growth and Transformation at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work within due timelines in a dynamic environment. Consultants will also be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements. **Work you'll do** As a Consultant – Strategy, Growth and Transformation, on AI & Engineering team, you will be expected to: - Support the development of strategic insights and business cases for the client based on quantitative and qualitative research, data analysis and current state gap assessment across people, process and technology - Perform strategic and operating model analyses for clients to solve existing problems, reduce costs, enhance revenue and prepare for upcoming market trends - Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify performance gaps, cost reduction opportunities, and revenue improvement opportunities - Develop business cases, strategic recommendations, and design prioritized initiatives to support client decision-making - Facilitate project management activities including project status updates, KPI dashboarding & benefit tracking. Track project activities, status updates, key performance indicators, and benefit realization across workstreams - Gain domain knowledge and contribute to developing “point-of-view” documents, and tools / methodologies specific to your industry domain. Assist in Proposal Development and Orals - Create client-ready presentations, point-of-view materials, and industry-focused tools or methodologies **The team** The Industry Solutions Health Care Provider Market Offering helps healthcare provider organizations improve operational efficiency, strengthen core business processes, and increase the value of their technology investments. The team supports end-to-end transformation initiatives across revenue cycle operations, core applications, and enterprise modernization, with solutions enhanced by artificial intelligence, data, and cloud capabilities. **Location**: Bengaluru / Hyderabad **Education**: - MBA / MHA or equivalent from a premier school in India or abroad **Qualifications** **Required**: - 1-4 years of experience in Strategy Consulting / Corporate Strategy / Business function in the following industry domain – Healthcare Providers, Revenue Cycle Management for US providers / hospitals - Experience in operating model design, revenue optimization, cost reduction, hospital data analysis, financial modeling, and business case development - Experience in analyzing market landscape (Industry trends, risk, regulatory, competition analysis) using primary and secondary sources of data to derive insights for the client - Experience in leading work threads independently, reporting and owning end-to-end deliverables - Clear and concise communication: strong written and verbal communication skills – participate in client interviews, workshops/training and present recommendations - Core Consulting skills include good executive presence, analytical thinking, logical structuring, team dynamics and strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint storyboarding **Preferred**: - Exposure to emerging technologies and their application in solving business problems (e.g., Digital transformation, RPA, GenAI, Agentic AI, etc.) - Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, Minitab etc.) - Willingness to travel internationally (primarily US) based on project needs #2027\\_AI&E\\_Dscreen **Our purpose** Deloitte’s purpose is to make an impact that matters for our people, clients, and communities.
