Pump Assembly Supervisor

Job description

**Job Location:** Khandala MIDC, Phase-II, Village Kesurdi, Tal.- Khandala, Dist.- Satara, Maharashtra. **Designation:** Deputy Manager **Department:** Assembly **Formal education:** BE Mechanical Only **Professional experience:** 10 to 15 years of Experience of Assembly activity of Rotating Components **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Solve technical problems related to fitment and assembly of Multistage Pumps. - Coordinate daily activities with other departments. - Plan and execute micro-level production scheduling across two shifts. - Apply RCA and 8D methodologies to resolve deviations and implement corrective actions. - Follow up with Purchase and MRP for material shortages and arrange materials through MIN/loan slips when required. - Coordinate trimming details and testing activities - Plan and monitor subcontract activities such as painting, balancing, and related assembly processes. - Ensure implementation of IMS, and 5S in assembly operations. - Ensure timely notification closure and system compliance. - Work on Man-Matrix calculation and manpower optimization - Execute development pump-related activities. - Coordinate with Contract Department for raising inspection calls for witness activities. - Lead initiatives to improve fitter efficiency and reduce idle time. - Actively participate in Lean and Digitization projects. **Defined competencies:** - Knowledge of Multistage Pump assembly - Knowledge of various manufacturing/machining process. - Presentation skills - Exposure to IMS (Integrated Management System) - Knowledge of LEAN . **Behavioural** **competencies:** - Knowledge of Multistage Pump assembly - Knowledge of various manufacturing/machining process. - Presentation skills - Exposure to IMS (Integrated Management System) - Knowledge of LEAN . **Perks and Benefits:** - Alternate 5 Days Working - Insurance - Transportation - Canteen
