Purchase Executive / Purchase Engineer

Job Description Role & Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end indirect procurement activities. - Handle sourcing and procurement of indirect materials, services, MRO items, and consumables. - Float RFQs, evaluate quotations, and conduct commercial negotiations. - Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs). - Develop and maintain supplier relationships. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders for procurement requirements. - Monitor supplier performance, quality, cost, and delivery adherence. - Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures. - Support cost reduction and supplier development initiatives. - Maintain procurement records and MIS reports. Preferred Candidate Profile: - 3-8 years of experience in Indirect Procurement/Purchase. - Experience in Automotive/Automobile industry preferred. - Knowledge of Vendor Development, Supplier Management, and Strategic Sourcing. - Experience with SAP or ERP systems. - Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
