Job description

Role & responsibilities Job Purpose - Ensuring 100% servicing to avoid any shortfall. Review the cost & quality aspects and adhere to the stipulated timelines for the same. Primary Responsibilities Business Responsibility Areas (Please detail out at least 8-10 responsibility areas) Key Performance Indicators Ensure smooth functioning of Supply (From ordering till Inward at warehouse). Problem Solving Approach with internal & external stakeholders to ensure continuity of Supply Chain Operations. Monthly Ordering review & ensure commitments from vendors on On-time deliveries or any deviations to the supplies to be escalated. Stabilization and ramp up by working in close coordination with the Supplier, Planning Team, Warehouse Operations functions. Ensure Risk Mitigating compliances including Audit (External & Internal), Statutory Compliances, Stock Take, Open GR/ Advance etc., On-time Circulation of monthly reports (MIS )such as Vendor Performance, Service Performance, Rejected Stock etc., Co-ordinate with suppliers, shared services (SSC), Account for payment, vendor reconciliation, Finance related issues and its closure. Ensure prompt response to the stakeholders on queries sought by stakeholders. Ensure on-time actions on quarterly Slow-moving report, Dead-Inventory along with Planning Team. Quality rejection handling and CAPA closures with Supplier. Actively participate and complete assigned projects like New Product development, Drive Cost Saving project with Team. Vendor Delivery performance Vendor payment performance CAPA closure within timelines SKU Variance as per target Rejected stock disposal within target days MIS report generation and circulation as per target date NVA reductions Project Deliverable. MOST IMPORTANT Excellent in EXCEL & PPT Role Requirements / Specifications Qualifications Essential • Graduate Desired • BTech graduate (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) Previous Experience Essential • Excel & PPT Expertise Desired • Previous purchase experience Preferred candidate profile Must Have experience into SAP, In hand salary will be 31 k in hand Perks and benefits
