**Level - Senior Manager** **Location - NCR** **Skill - SAP ABAP** **Years of experience required: 10-25 years** **Educational Qualification - BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MBA/MCA/CA** **JD** **:Key Responsibilities** - :Lead and manage SAP ABAP development projects, focusing on system upgrades and enhancements - .Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications - .Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of custom SAP ABAP applications and reports - .Ensure best practices in SAP development and coding standards are followed - .Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines for SAP ABAP initiatives - .Provide leadership and mentorship to the SAP ABAP team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement - .Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of SAP upgrades with existing systems - .Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP ABAP development and upgrades - .Evaluate and implement new SAP technologies and tools to enhance system performance and capabilities - .Liaise with external vendors and consultants for specialized SAP services and support **.Qualifications** - :Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred - .Strong understanding of SAP architecture, modules, and integration points - .Proven track record of leading SAP development projects and managing technical teams - .Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - .Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders - .Certification in SAP ABAP is a plus **.Skills** - :Deep knowledge of SAP ABAP programming, including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF) - .Experience with SAP upgrade methodologies and tools - .Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools - .Leadership and team management skills - .Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - .Strong attention to detail and organizational skills .
