Level - Senior Manager Location - NCR Skill - SAP ABAP Years of experience required: 10-25 years Educational Qualification - BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MBA/MCA/CA JD :Key Responsibilities • :Lead and manage SAP ABAP development projects, focusing on system upgrades and enhancements • .Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications • .Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of custom SAP ABAP applications and reports • .Ensure best practices in SAP development and coding standards are followed • .Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines for SAP ABAP initiatives • .Provide leadership and mentorship to the SAP ABAP team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement • .Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of SAP upgrades with existing systems • .Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP ABAP development and upgrades • .Evaluate and implement new SAP technologies and tools to enhance system performance and capabilities • .Liaise with external vendors and consultants for specialized SAP services and support .Qualifications • :Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred • .Strong understanding of SAP architecture, modules, and integration points • .Proven track record of leading SAP development projects and managing technical teams • .Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • .Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders • .Certification in SAP ABAP is a plus .Skills • :Deep knowledge of SAP ABAP programming, including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF) • .Experience with SAP upgrade methodologies and tools • .Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools • .Leadership and team management skills • .Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • .Strong attention to detail and organizational skills .
