**Role Summary** We are looking for an AI / Machine Learning Lead with strong hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, and Generative AI. The role involves building scalable AI solutions, leading ML initiatives, and driving endtoend model development from design to production. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead development and deployment of ML and Generative AI solutions along with Python - Design and implement forecasting, predictive, and deep learning models - Build RAG and Agentic AI applications using LLM frameworks - Own MLOps pipelines, model monitoring, and cloud deployments - Work closely with stakeholders to translate business problems into AI solutions - Mentor and guide team of atleast 10 people - Responsible for the Design level decisions, Code Review and team handling is a must - Awareness of AI-DLC driven development **Required Skills** - Machine Learning & Deep Learning: LSTM, GRU, Transformers, XGBoost, Random Forest, SARIMA, Prophet - Generative AI: LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, RAG, Hugging Face, Agentic AI - Programming & NLP: Python, Pandas, NumPy, NLTK, SpaCy - Computer Vision: CNNs, UNet, Vision Transformers - MLOps & Cloud: GCP, Vertex AI, Kubeflow, Docker, Airflow - Data & APIs: SQL, FastAPI, Streamlit - Visualization: Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly **Nice to Have** - Experience with demand forecasting and time series - Background in enterprise or consulting environments - Strong leadership and communication skills
