**Job Title: Python Developer (Gen AI)** **Job Summary** We are seeking an innovative and skilled **Python Developer with expertise in Generative AI (GenAI)** to design and build intelligent applications powered by large language models (LLMs) and AI frameworks. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development experience in Python along with hands-on exposure to **AI/ML models, prompt engineering, and GenAI tools**. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and deploy applications using **Python** focused on AI-driven solutions - Integrate **Generative AI models (LLMs)** such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or open-source models (LLaMA, Hugging Face) - Design and implement **prompt engineering strategies** for optimized AI outputs - Build and manage **AI-powered APIs and microservices** - Work with **vector databases** (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate) for semantic search and retrieval - Develop **RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)** pipelines - Fine-tune and evaluate machine learning and AI models where applicable - Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams - Ensure scalability, performance, and security of AI applications - Monitor model performance and continuously improve outputs - Stay up to date with the latest trends in **GenAI and AI ecosystems** **Required Skills & Qualifications** - Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field - Strong proficiency in **Python** - Experience with **Generative AI / Large Language Models (LLMs)** - Hands-on experience with frameworks such as: - **LangChain / LlamaIndex** - **Transformers (Hugging Face)** - Understanding of **prompt engineering techniques** - Experience building **REST APIs (FastAPI, Flask, Django)** - Familiarity with **machine learning concepts and NLP basics** - Knowledge of **Git** and version control - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills **Preferred Skills** - Experience with **cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)** - Knowledge of **Azure OpenAI / OpenAI APIs** - Experience with **vector databases** and embeddings - Familiarity with **MLOps pipelines and model deployment** - Experience with **Docker, Kubernetes** - Understanding of **data pipelines and ETL processes** - Exposure to **chatbot or conversational AI development**
