**Role & responsibilities** **Job description** **Job Title: Python Developer (Django)** **Job Summary** **We are looking for a skilled** **Python Developer with strong experience in Django** **to build, deploy, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have solid backend development skills, experience designing RESTful APIs, and hands-on expertise in cloud-based architectures using AWS.** **Key Responsibilities** - **Develop and maintain web applications using** **Python and Django framework** - **Design and build** **RESTful APIs** **for integration with frontend and third-party services** - **Deploy, manage, and scale applications on** **AWS cloud infrastructure** - **Work with AWS services such as** **EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch** - **Develop secure, scalable, and high-performance applications** - **Optimize database queries and ensure efficient data management** - **Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps teams, and stakeholders** - **Implement authentication, authorization, and data protection mechanisms** - **Write clean, reusable, and testable code** - **Troubleshoot and resolve application issues** - **Participate in code reviews and improve development standards** **Required Skills & Qualifications** - **Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field** - **Proven experience as a** **Python Developer** - **Strong expertise in** **Django framework** - **Experience in building and consuming** **REST APIs (Django REST Framework preferred)** - **Hands-on experience with** **AWS services** - **Strong knowledge of** **relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)** - **Familiarity with** **ORM (Django ORM)** - **Understanding of** **object-oriented programming (OOP)** **and design principles** - **Proficiency with** **Git/version control systems** - **Experience with** **Linux environments** **Preferred candidate profile**
