Must be proficient in writing complex joins, stored procedures, and optimizing queries for large-scale reporting (e.g., generating year-end tax statements) Solid understanding of OAuth2, JWT, and encryption standards Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the technical bridge between client-side Product Owners and Architects. **API & Integration:** Design and maintain RESTful APIs (DRF) for seamless integration with third-party HRIS, benefits providers, and banking gateways **GenAI Proficiency:** Expertly utilize GitHub Copilot (GHCP) to maintain high velocity, ensure code consistency, and automate documentation for complex payroll logic
