**Role & responsibilities** Job Description: AI Developer Overview **Location: Pune, India** **We are seeking a highly skilled AI Developer to design and implement advanced Generative AI solutions. You will be responsible for building sophisticated agentic workflows and robust AI-driven applications to solve complex business challenges.** Key Responsibilities - **Develop and deploy scalable AI solutions using Python and Large Language Models (LLMs).** - **Design and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for efficient data retrieval.** - **Architect complex agentic processes using LangChain and LangGraph.** - **Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing platforms.** Required Qualifications - **4 to 9 years of professional software development experience with a focus on AI/ML.** - **Expert-level proficiency in Python.** - **Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and framework-driven development (LangChain, LangGraph).** - **AWS Cloud AI and Data services** **Strong understanding of agentic development and autonomous AI workflows.** candidates should have experience with:  - Python development  - AWS cloud technologies  - Generative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG implementations, LangChain, LangGraph, and AI agents)
