Python & Generative AI Lead

Job description

**Job Requirements\\*** - 4to 6 years of handson experience in Python application development. - Strong proficiency in Python with frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask. - Handson experience integrating Large Language Models using Azure OpenAI / OpenAI / Vertex AI. - Strong understanding of prompt engineering, system prompts, function calling and output structuring. - Experience implementing RAG pipelines using embeddings and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, etc.) - Experience implementing end-to-end Agentic AI workflow and MCP server. - Experience with REST APIs, JSON, async programming and performance optimization. - Working knowledge of Docker, Git and CI/CD pipelines. - Strong debugging and problemsolving skills in production environments. **Key Responsibilities\\*** - Design and develop Pythonbased backend services and GenAIenabled features. - Implement LLMdriven solutions such as enterprise chatbots, automation pipeline, copilots, summarization and Q&A systems. - Build and optimize prompt templates, chains, and RAG workflows. - Integrate GenAI services securely with enterprise systems via REST APIs. - Write clean, efficient and testable Python code following best practices. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to code quality and reusability. - Analyze and resolve issues related to latency, accuracy, token usage and API limits.
