The candidate will serve as a technical leader, providing architecture guidance, coding best practices, performance optimization, and mentoring development teams. The role requires hands-on experience with Python frameworks, API development, cloud platforms, databases, DevOps practices, and software design principles. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade Python applications. - Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Python development and related technologies. - Develop scalable RESTful APIs and microservices using Python frameworks. - Define coding standards, design patterns, and development best practices. - Perform code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable code. - Optimize application performance, scalability, and security. - Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, DevOps, and QA teams. - Guide teams on Python architecture, framework selection, and technical problem-solving. - Mentor junior and mid-level developers. - Support CI/CD implementation and automation initiatives. - Participate in technical discussions, solution architecture, and client interactions. **Required Technical Skills** **Core Python** - Python 3.x - Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) - Design Patterns - Multithreading & Multiprocessing - Async Programming (AsyncIO) - Data Structures & Algorithms - Exception Handling & Performance Tuning **Frameworks** - Django - Flask - FastAPI - SQLAlchemy **API Development** - REST APIs - GraphQL (preferred) - Swagger/OpenAPI - API Security - OAuth2/JWT Authentication **Databases** - PostgreSQL - MySQL - SQL Server - MongoDB - Redis **Cloud Platforms** - AWS / Azure / GCP - Serverless Architecture - Containerization **DevOps & Tools** - Git/GitHub/GitLab - Docker - Kubernetes - Jenkins / Azure DevOps - Terraform (preferred) **Messaging & Streaming** - Kafka - RabbitMQ **Preferred Skills** - AI/ML integration using Python. - Experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn. - Knowledge of Generative AI, LangChain, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI. - Experience in large-scale enterprise application modernization. - Exposure to Data Engineering pipelines.
