**Job Title:** Senior Python Developer (Django / Flask / FastAPI) **Experience:8 to 11** Years **Location:** Pan india ( Hybrid model) **Education:** B.Tech / MCA **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced **Senior Python Developer** with strong expertise in **Django, Flask, and FastAPI (mandatory)** to design and build scalable backend systems and APIs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Python-based web development, microservices architecture, and modern development practices. This role primarily focuses on backend engineering, API development, and system scalability, with network automation as an added advantage. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and maintain **robust backend systems and APIs** using Python - Build scalable applications using **Django, Flask, and FastAPI (mandatory)** - Develop and optimize **RESTful APIs and microservices architecture** - Write clean, efficient, and reusable code with proper testing - Integrate frontend and backend components seamlessly - Work on performance optimization, scalability, and reliability of systems - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) - Participate in **code reviews** and maintain coding standards - Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes - (Good to have) Contribute to automation initiatives including scripting and network automation **Mandatory Skills (Must Have)** - **58 years of strong Python development experience** - Hands-on experience with: - **Django (must)** - **Flask (must)** - **FastAPI (must)** - Strong experience in **building REST APIs and backend services** - Solid understanding of **data structures, algorithms, and system design** - Experience with **SQL databases** (PostgreSQL, MS SQL) - Experience with **Git and version control systems** - Knowledge of **API authentication (OAuth, JWT, etc.)** - Strong debugging and problem-solving skills **Good to Have Skills** - Experience in **Docker & Kubernetes** - Knowledge of **CI/CD pipelines** - Familiarity with **cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)** - Exposure to **networking concepts or automation tools (Ansible, Terraform)** - Experience with **testing frameworks (Pytest, UnitTest)** **Soft Skills** - Strong communication and collaboration abilities - Ability to work in a **fast-paced Agile environment** - Self-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset Interested candidates share CV to pelluru.vikhil1@genpact.com
