Job Description Python Developer (Generative AI / LangChain / LangGraph / RAG) **Experience:** 25 Years **Employment Type:** Full-Time Role Summary We are seeking a talented **Python Developer** with hands-on experience in **Generative AI, LangChain, LangGraph, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)** frameworks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building AI-powered applications, intelligent agents, and LLM-based solutions leveraging modern AI frameworks and cloud technologies. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and deploy AI/GenAI applications using Python. - Build and maintain RAG-based solutions using vector databases and LLMs. - Develop multi-agent workflows and orchestration using LangGraph. - Create AI pipelines using LangChain and integrate with various Large Language Models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.). - Implement document processing, semantic search, embeddings, and knowledge retrieval systems. - Develop REST APIs and backend services for AI applications. - Optimize prompts, retrieval strategies, and model performance. - Collaborate with data scientists, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions. - Perform testing, debugging, monitoring, and performance tuning of AI applications. - Stay updated with emerging trends in Generative AI and LLM ecosystems. Required Skills - 2–5 years of experience in Python development. - Strong proficiency in **Python**, Object-Oriented Programming, and API development. - Hands-on experience with **LangChain** and **LangGraph**. - Strong understanding of **RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)** architectures. - Experience working with **LLMs** such as OpenAI GPT, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Llama, or similar models. - Knowledge of **Vector Databases** such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, FAISS, or Milvus. - Experience with embeddings, semantic search, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation. - Strong understanding of REST APIs, FastAPI, or Flask. - Experience with data processing libraries such as Pandas and NumPy. - Knowledge of Git and Agile development methodologies. Preferred Skills - Experience with **Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or GCP Vertex AI**. - Exposure to AI agents, tool calling, and workflow orchestration. - Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. - Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases. - Familiarity with monitoring tools such as LangSmith, MLflow, or PromptFlow. - Understanding of NLP, machine learning, and deep learning concepts. Educational Qualification - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field.
